3rd of October in 2007

3rd of October is my birthday and I was celebrating it with my colleagues at Lunch and Superman at dinner. I ate salmon salad and pasta and lemon tea during lunch. I ate caser salad and a pepperoni pizza for dinner. We went to Haagen Daz after dinner and I ordered 2 ice-cream scoops and a chocolate cake. I was very happy on that day.

My colleagues brought me a birthday cake and we ate the cake and took lots of photos. I received a handcream and a bed set as birthday gift. I continued my birthday celebration with my family on 2007-10-04 and we ate dinner at home. Mommy cooked me Fired Broccoli with Beef, Japanese Tofu, Big Prawns in Tomato Sauce and Steamed Crabs. I liked them all.

I finished reading “The curious incident of the dog in the night-time” on the same day as 2007-10-04 and this is the way the book is written. It is funny and I enjoy reading it !

Colleagues brought me a birthday cake !

The Fantastic Mates: Women & Desserts

We went to a brand-new dessert house at Central last week. This small dessert house is opened by a young lady called Jennifer and she gave up her job in Bank and went over to France to be the apprentice of a local dessert shop. We ordered “ Chocolate & Strawberry Pavlova” and “Strawberry Trio”. I liked the little jelly most coz it tasted like orange first and you will feel the flavor of Champaign at the end.

The best accompany to dessert is my soul mates, they are usually girls coz most of the man I met don’t like sweeties. It is such a good time to have lovely food and talk wildly. I have realized that friendship is so important to my life. You might not always need it but they are always standby your side. I am so lucky that I’ve met many good friends in my life, from college to work! Spending time with your soul mates will nurture your own heart from sorrow! Hey friends! How can you resist this!

My first boat trip !

Last Saturday, I finally went for my first boat trip in HK. We had about 20 people boarding the ship at 10:00am. It was a very nice day and God did give us a great present (Because it had been kept on raining the for whole week!). We were heading to the sea at Sai Kung and we started the water sports right away. But I was too scared to try the banana boat coz I really don’t want to be flown off!

Soon after the lunch, we started the key activity of the day – wakeboard! It was the first time I did and guess how many times for my trial to get “standing” on the water … here you go…. The ever first time! It might because I was doing snowboard and the balancing skills are quite the same. But wakeboard is a very energy-consuming sport. I only did about 5 – 6 times and I still feel the pains at my back and shoulders right now!

It was a great adventure and it was so fun to go out from the hustle and bustle life of Hong Kong. Here are some nice pics taken during the return journey!

Hey … Sunset at Sai Kung …

Super Power! by Heroes

Last night, TVB Pearl began its new TV series – “Heroes”, which is talking about people with super power! It seems to be an interesting subject. Do we believe in super-nature power? In china, there are many people claimed to have this “unusual” abilities. Would that be a gift or burden to them?

If I was given the chance to have super power, what should I opt for? May be I would wish I can move in a second to wherever I want. The first benefit is that I don’t need to spend more than 2 hours time per day in commuting between office and home. The second benefit is that I can travel around the world whenever I wish… just like one of the character in “Heroes” that he can freely go between Tokyo and NewYork.. It’s fascinating!

Oops.. I should come back from my day-dreaming! I was having a wonderful this afternoon. It was a small but cozy café near my office. The nicest thing is to have lunch with an old colleague (met her at about 4 yrs before, is that counted as “old”?) and we haven’t seen each other for nearly 1 year. There are not so much changes between us… at least both of us are still at the same job! The only thing scares me is the speed of the passing of time…

Here is my lovely lunch…. costs me $42 !

A new family member

I have been lazy in updating my blog and so I got to do some write up tonight..

My home has a new member to join.. yes, she is from Indonesia and have been working at my home for about 2 weeks. Her name is Faye and this is the first time she works aboard as housemaid. At first,I was very hesitated to hide a domestic helper at home and I always think there will be some problems..and it turns out - so far so good !

Faye is quite willing to learn and she really helps my mom a lot. I felt so relief coz I don't need to feel guilty of spending less time at home. Since my mom used to take care both the housework and the our little grocery shop, I am so afraid that she will be exhausted !

Faye, Hope you will enjoy the time at my home....

"Chase" ... by Leslie

"Chase"... a song from Leslie Cheung, a local male singer who stay at the top of pop in 80s and 90s ... Although he has chosen his way to leave us and I ( and lots of other people ) always feel that he is still with us ...

What reminds me about this song is the random play by my iPod Nano on my way home. I was quite unhappy when I left office.. the politics is getting stir up now.. everyone is trying to protect against their own interests, people used to be close are started work against each other .. yes, what can you expect from a work place ?

The lyric of the song is about what we are chasing in our life.. time, money, power or just the one you loved.. the loved one could be your second half, you son and daughter or even your parents...it make me remind all my close friends and family around me.

I also want to dedicate this song to my dear dear flatmate whom has been in an unhappy state, I hope this song remind her that we all have many good things around us and never stop to love the ones who really deserve your care...

Enjoy..

Sushi...by jane

I love eating and so do cooking ! In the times studying in UK, I was cooking almost everyday. After returning to Hong Kong, since we have an official cook - my mom.. cooking seems to be a bit unnecessary for me.

Last weekend, I made a new type of Sushi ( Tai Rolls ) with mushrooms, sweet eggs, crab meats and japanese cucumber. I used to make rolls with eels, but has given up as some toxic chemcials were found last year.

So.. here we are

Ten Years ...

Tomorrow is the 10th anniversary of Hong Kong handover to China. This 10 years have been a really remarkable times for most of the people in Hong Kong. We passed over the Asian Financial Crisis, the SARS and the strike in 1 July 2003 .....

This times, I would like to share my personal changes in this ten years with you :

1. Age
Ten years before, I was only 18 ! So young and innocent ! Today, I am being called as "Auntie Jane "

2. Education
I got a degree from Birmingham University, not very tought couse but I had to face many new chanllenges of starting a new life in another country. I still remembered that the frist day I arrived England - taking coach from Heathrow, ariving in coach station of Birmingham and reaching Griffin Close with cap.. all just happened yesterday.

3. Career
I spent 3 years in Banking but found that I am not satisfy with numercial works. I started my adventure in exhibitions and it was one of the jobs I like most. Today, I am i the field of marketing of property. It is also an interesting job but I need to decide whether I should stay in this field or not... let's time to prove.

4. Family
In deed, it was the area that sought my concern most. My parents are getting old and all my younger brothers and sister all went to work now ! The times we could dinner with all the members become less and less ( about 1 per week). But luckily, we are still very united and close with each other. Especially, my relationship with my elder brother seems getting better and I always feel that we could be together to handle all the problems !

5. Love Affair
Yes, in the 10 years time , I've spent 8 years with the same guy ! At this moment, he is my Mr. Rigth... and hope same to the future ! God bless us!

6. Interests
I learnt swimming ( yvonne, remember that I was almost drowned in B'ham) and snowboarding. It was really a big change to me as I used to be very lazy of doing exercises. Started from last years, I have also developed my new interest - Yoga.. hope I could continue this .... coz Yoga is claimed to be ANTI-AGING !

7. Friends
I am lucky that I have met many good friends in the ten years. My flatmates and seniors in B'ham, my ex-colleagues ... all are still very close to me and we can really "talk". This is very important coz friends are the one who support you hold and belief, whenever you fall !

To conclude, I wish the next coming 10 years would be another good times to me ... I guess I will have quite a dramatic changes .. let's wait and see !

Dear Chairman Wu,

Thanks for coming over to see us in HK. You are the "CEO" in China and I hope you will lead us to a new era - a country which is prospect in terms of both economic and political and therefore we could really become a strong and healthy nation and being recognized in the world !

Salute to Chairman Wu !

Baby Sitting !

Last Sunday, I went to visit baby Leanne again. She is now 3 months old and I found she is more "mature" than she was first born. When she slept, she can stay very stable and peace... but when people talked , she would open her eyes and see... so curious she is.

We had in total 4 babies coming for this gathering, it recalled my memory of childhood times. My cousin, brothers and sisters were used to get together during different occasions, like CNY, Mid-Autumn.... and it was just that noisy.

Here you see, I am trying to let baby Leanne sleeping in my arms, it seems she is quite enjoying... hum.... am I qualify to be a baby sitter !

Babies are getting very excited during "cake cutting" time, even not their own birthday and baby Leanne is still sleeping...

My very first Cuttlefish …

As living in Hong Kong, one of the hottest activities in summer times is boating. However, as renting a boat is quite expensive (abt 3-5 thousand dollars a day), people usually have to gather a group which is big enough to share the costs. However, I hardly find any group that I could join in the past times.

After years of waiting, my virgin “boat trip” in HK came last Saturday and what we did is fishing for cuttlefish at nighttime. Shouldn’t use the word “fishing” but “hooking”. We drop a hook to the sea and keep pulling the fishing line up and down to attract the cuttlefish. (A spot light was pointing to the sea and created reflection to the hook). Once the cuttlefish gets caught, it will squeeze its ink out and therefore we had to be very careful to make sure that no inks was left inside its body…. Finally, we got 3 cuttlefishes in total and we had a “Master” as its size is much bigger than the others …

Warning to my ex-flatmates: the following photos might cause discomfort to you!

The Enthusiast

Suddenly, I want to understand myself more and therefore I did some Enneagram test from website. However, I am quite confused that I got the results of type 4 and type 7 - The Individualist and The Enthusiast ... and their characters are :

The Individualist - I am unique.

The Enthusiast - I am happy and open to new things

After reading the descriptions and try some more tests, I might say I am quite a typical 7. What I am pursuing in my life is "Happiness" , here are some desciptions to Type 7:

How to Get Along with 7s :

Give me companionship, affection, and freedom.
Engage with me in stimulating conversation and laughter.
Appreciate my grand visions and listen to my stories.
Don't try to change my style. Accept me the way I am.
Be responsible for youself. I dislike clingy or needy people.
Don't tell me what to do.

I would say they are fairly true to me ..... ....

My dearest flatmates ...

I am writing to my dearest flatmates in Blk 26, Unit 161, Griffin Close, Birmingham ...

Thank you so much for your love, care and support and I am sorry to make you worry about me. In deed, my relationship with S has been for such a long time and we still have disagreements.. I would see this as a lesson to both of us and I hope that we can overcome the problems in our lifetime.

No matters how this is going, at least, from this incident, I am very sure that I have true friends around me and I am no longer afraid of being handle problem by my ownself... I am sure that in case there is any problems in my life.. like work, family, relationship.. I will let my flatmates know and support me !

Thanks for your love...

What a blue blue day!

This picture was taken this morning when I was queuing for bus. It’s such a blue and clear sky that has long been disappeared in Hong Kong.

However, this summer is extremely hot and evenly in the early morning, you could get sweated after a few steps walk. I heard from the news that we have “red tides” in different beaches due to the badly warm weather. Hey, I still think this is a clue of warning to the human beings to take care our planet !

Deep down my heart, I felt a bit "blue" (upset) coz I was having a quarrel with BF last night. Why can’t man tell what they are thinking? Why can’t they just let you know how they feel? I don’t know why that every times he only tells when you felt intolerable ….may be I shall take some lessons any learning “how to speak with mankind!”……

2 happy things I done on Wed’s night

Last Wednesday, I went to my yoga class as usual. I was originally planned to get on the class on 6:45 but it was already full. So, I straightly go for the next class without knowing what type it is. Finally, I found it … the first half of the lesson is doing Asana – seating in still posture and working on some breathing exercises. Like breathing from your tummy, breathe in and our from different sides of nose .. At first, I was being so impatience coz I always hate to sit still. I would say I prefer for hard physical works then cannot move. After the 30 mins exercise, I really found that I was so relaxed and filled up with positive energy.. So , I hope I can tolerate “Asana” and take up more classes.

The second thing made me happy is just what women always love – shopping. H&M has opened its flagship store in HK and I was so curious about it as I read from the news that it is always patched with people. Remember that in UK, we seldom went there simply because its apparels just too old fashion to us. However, this visit surprised me – the clothes are chic and cheap. I brought – 2 skirts, 2 tank tops, 1 scarf and 1 necklet… they costs me about HK$600. H&M success not only rides on its promotions ( H&M X Madonna / H&M X Kylie Minogue) ; but its genuine fashion at fairly affordable prices.

What are we going to do after 40?

I am now doing some market research for a new property project and try to find out some advantages of "work at home", and it seems to be a lot:

- no commuting, no traffic jams, you can start working earlier even you wake up late.
- 100% control over your own schedule, you can take a break whenever you want.
- Just wear anything you feel comfortable, no make-up
- No office politics, no need to be sociable as going into the workplace.

Is that a dream? they all seems to be the key elements in an ideal life which we never find in office.

In deed, I’ve been discussing with my friends about our career life? We’ve just started thinking of what I should do after 40 ? In the field of marketing, I seldom see " Officers " and "Executives" in age of 40. Sometimes, even Managers in 40 are a bit "old" now. What shall I do by that time? Should I learn a new skill-set so that I could still "work" if I couldn't survive in the office environment? I need to think this …....

Secretary's Day

I have no idea of what is "Secretary's Day" for until after joining this company last year. We have 2 secretaries in our department, one is directly serving our GM, another one is serving the leasing team. They are different in job functions, so as their outfit.. one is very skinny and one is a bit fat.. regardless of this, they are all very helpful and they teach me the "greatest love" of secretary and their hardness in works. For example,if we are eating out for lunch, they are the late comers also the earlest one to leave.

I have never thought of myself to become a Sec since I always think their work is too clerical. In fact, after organizing a reunion dinner with more than 20 executives last year by myself, i know "making appointment" is never any easy job. Anyway.. happy Secretary's Day to my dearest Skinny and Fat secretaries.

you see... skinny sec. is working overtime ... again!

Who are we ?

We are friends meeting from form 1 ( first year in Secondary School) and strickly speaking, we have been met each other for 17 years... such a long long time.

Back to our old school time, we were so close to each other and one of our habits is to speak and chat on phone... may be this the old version of ICQ / MSN... we talked till midnight and did that everynight (i just can't remember why we have so much to talk).

Today, one of us has move to live in England and 3 of just are staying in HK. One become a kindergarden school teacher ; one is working in Bank and me, jane , is working in marketing field. Instead of speaking on phone everyday, we usually meet 2-3 times a year, mostly fall on one of the birthday.

The photos was taken as Janice coming back to HK , she is now starting her new live in Bournmouth,UK. My "old" friends, I wish we could stay in our relationship forever !

An Inconvenient Truth

Dear friends,
I have just read through a film called "An inconvenient truth " ( presented by AL Gore, Former Vice President of US ) which talking about global warming. I guess most of you have already experienced this in our last "HOT " Chinese new year and, indeed, the planet has already sent us a WARNING!I strongly recommend you to see this film and what it has mentioned is so important and serious to our life... not only us.. but our next generations ( ie. your babies, your nieces and nephews.....).

You will find out :
- level of CO2 have been raising by more than 10 times in the pass decades
out of the 20 hottest summers and 14 were found in last 20 years, the most hottest one in 2005
- the world largest lake was dried out
- the iceberg in Arctic Ocean and Antarctic Ocean are melting ....... and more and more

If we are not going to do some things.. we , the human being , shall have to bear the consequences.. like heat waves, giant & destructive typhoons, drought, flooding ... all the things that have been sneaky come into our daily life..My friends, don't wait and pls do some things to save our planet...

Back to Blogging

I just read through my last blog which is dated on 16 March 07, about 3 weeks from today. That's mean I have been laggin behind for 3 weeks too.. no excuse.. just being lazy lor.

We have just passed the long long easter holidays ( 5 days ... ) and I went for a 2-day trip at Cheung Long Park at China. We went to the funfair park , the zoo and also saw a circus performance which is all about our expectation.

I have not been playing any amusement rides since gratuated from uni. In the Cheung Lung park, there are a few of exciting rides which I am not brave enough to try... One is like a free-fall drum swung from side to side and at the highest point, you will be hanged upside down which about 10 m from ground.. Mr Cheung did try it and also felt a bit hang-over afterward.

The circus part is amazing.. usually , the circus at Mainland china only makes me think of Monkeys, People overlap people.. but this one is very different, it have performing dance, Animals Act, Cradle... the entrance ticket is only at RMB 70.. really worth to go for a visit...

Auntie Jane ... ...

" Auntie Jane.. no no .. don't call me Auntie.. should be Sister instead "

I always said this before. Now, i have changed coz I really feel that I should be in Auntie "grade" now. Many of my friends delivered babies in the past two years, Ryan, Malaika, Chun Chun, Ting Ting, Lam Lam.... and many will be coming in the Pig Year too. Some of the older Babies are now 4 -5 years old and it seems that they are more right to be called as "sisters".

Baby Lam Lam, Sister Ting Ting and Auntie Jane ...

China Home Visit

On the first 3 days of the chi new year, our family went to China and visit the village which my parents used to live in during their childhood time.

The interesting time of the visit is a hiking trip as we went over the route which is our parent's playland in the old times. The route should be close to the sea side, however, the recent development has extended the costal line and we no longer could see the sea la ! A prove to the rapid development in CHina.

Also, our cousin took us to the fireworks area in the night time. Every chi new year, the local government will set-up a restricted area and all the fireworks have to be lighted up there. So , it was so impressed and every night you could hear " Band Band Band..... for at least a few hours. This gov't is more clever than HK's, our gov't have to PAY for the fireworks which only last for 30 mins....

A very warm new year ...

Only 2 days left before the year of PIG, as usual, we will clear up the house and then decorate it with new years items, such as flowers, 揮春Fei Chung ( red paper with greetings) and 吉Tangerine ( chi meaning auspicious ) ....
This CNY will be warm standing at 20 degree!!! I still remember that in our childhood times, we used to wear very think cloths in the new year visiting. Also, the Chinese lily ( 水仙) brought my mum is nearly all open due to the warm weather ! I think it's a god's hint of global warming.
Tulips brought by my mum..

The hint is also found during the planning of my ski trip this year. Our original plan is going to a ski resort at the middle part of Japan ( about 1.5hrs bullet train journey), however, due the the lack of snow in the area and we have to change our destination to the northern part of Japan ( about 2.5 hrs bullet train journey). The snow depth of the middle part is only to 100cm where last year during our visit, it was about 200cm.

So, my new PIG's year wish is - Save the Earth !

Chi Lily at Home New year greeting !

Learning Yoga....

Have started practicing yoga for about 1 year and I've never thought that it would become one of my favorite sports.

I remember that I took my very first yoga class in University and my first impression is - SLOW SLOW SLOW .. move slowly , breathe slowly and think slowly. It seemed to be a bit boring to me. Therefore, after a few lesions, I dropped out.

Not until the end of 2005, when I started my new job and I had more spare time to work for my own interests. Yoga become my first trial, after all, I love it. The yoga club I now attending is hosted by an Indian instructor. The classes are completely different from the uni one. It is a real powerful exercise and it tests your endurances, strengths, flexibility and balancing. Every times when I went through the classes, I felt so relax since you needed to be so focus in the class and therefore all the troubles from works, family are throwing away.

To me, the most difficult part is not the physical challenges (yes … … it sometimes pretty hard and you feel like your foots are torn apart and never be back together), but the metal one. At the end of every session, we are required to RELAX the whole body and just focusing on your breath. But I never success on this and there are always different thoughts pop in to my mind… like works, food, homeworks... just anything. One times, I tried the meditation class and the whole hour is just like that. I just couldn’t stop thinking and keep twisting my body from here to there….

Vagina Monologues

Yesterday, I went to see a drama called " Vagina Monologues"... yes ! it is a story about Vagina.. Vagina of different women at different corners of the world .

This drama was written by Eve Ensler in 1996 and has been translated into 35 different languages and performed world-wide. It was written in a times that woman are still linked up to guilt and embarrassment with their sexuality. It talks about Vagina in different contexts :

- Vagina and Old Woman who has no sex in her life time
- Vagina and Man who love to see it
- Vagina and War where woman are being bullied
- Vagina and Birth as it deliver a new life.

For Chinese , this would be a bit strange if you voice out the word " Vagina" directly.. it sometimes like we shouldn't talk about it. After seeing this drama, I have changed a bit as I felt that I have to take care it as it is a very important part of my life.. no only about sex, but also to our health, to being a woman and being a mother !

Yes.. It is the most beautiful place in HK

People always know about Hong Kong is full of tall building. We just sometimes ignore that we are living in a seaside with beautiful coastal line and greenery hills. The pic you see is taken from another hiking trip at Sai King. It is named at " Big Wave Bay" as you can see the sea thundered against the rocks ..it was so amazing.

Also, during the hiking trip , a senior was taking a look with my hands - some sort of fortune telling and he said that I got good health and good career.. wish all he said would come true ! Also, he taught me a very valuable lesson.... we got to be relax in all sorts of life. In hiking, when you see a long uphill road, we always feel tense and hard to run through it.But if we relax and just treat it as normal straight road, it become so easy ! Because when we clam down ourselves and stay relax, all our muscles and joints will relax too. This "theory" does apply to all sort of our life... remember RELAX, RELAX and RELAX ! it does work !

Hey. we are getting to the hilltop soon! Just RELAX!

Hey.. I am back

Haven't updated my blog for a week time as I was engaged in company's work. Sorry lor..

Anyway, could like to back to the "Baby Jane" series. The picture you see is taken with my eldest brother when we were about 5 -6 years old. We were living in a old village house. At that time, we don't have air-con or even a proper bath room. I remember that we used to taking shower in a plastic big bowl.. it just like the old people using the wooden bath tube.

But the time living there is quite funny, coz we are free to walk around in the village area. There are many different kinds of plants, just like the "Shy Leave" . When you touch it, it gonna fold up ! Have u seen this also ?

Baby Jane 2 - Guess who am I ?

Yes... It is a birthday party, but more than 20 years ago.

In Kindergarten, teachers organized birthday party every month and it became my beloved childhood event. First, we usually had more than 1 birthday cakes to eat( see fr the pic).. of course, there was many other choices.. just as red eggs, potatoes chips, pawn crackers , flower biscuit ( 肚臍餅) ....

More important, we had the chance to take photos !!! last night, I was browsing the old album kept by my parents and i could only spot a few photos taken fr my baby time. Today, babies are so lucky and they take photos almost everyday... I wonder when they grow up, they can actually see every single months of their childhood time .. how will they feel ? BTW, can you find out who I am in the pic ???

Baby Jane

Many of my friends are blogging about their Baby.. since I am still a little "girl".. I could only blog my Baby Jane..

This photos was taken in about 1-2 yrs old. The "half man" you see is my Father. My parents took me to a very popular place in old Hong Kong time - Ocean Park.

It seems that I was very happy and running from here to there. Hey.. Daddy... I am going to catch you !

5 things you don't know about me ……

Just realized being tagged and have to tell you that you 5 things that you don't know about me… here you go:

1. Must have breakfast within 30 mins after wake-up. No matters where I am, I have to “eat” something.. like bread, biscuit or even candies ( if I can’t find anything else)

2. Like to be naked after bath. Just feel so free after bathing and I do think the best thing to do is being naked and hang around my own bedroom. Sometimes, I will light up some lavender aroma and put my masks on, just pretend to be doing facial at beauty house… a bit silly, isn’t it ?

3. A scar at my forehead. When I was 4-5 years old, there was a TV ads. about medical bandage sand I pretended to be the children at the TV ads that jumping from one place to another. As a result, I was fallen from my balcony to the grassland outside and with a big scar left.

4. Always mixing up things. I am so careless and always overlook something. For example, when my mum asked me to buy light soya source, I always brought the dark one. The worst example came to my work life that I’d typed one “ZERO” less at one of the tender bid and the cost was submitted at $15,000 (supposed to be $150,000). It was so embarrassed that the government officer asked me why the cost could be so low with such scale of works …… dam, what should I reply?

5. Last but not the least. I was so addicted to Häagen-Dazs…. and my beloved flavor is “Strawberry”. Years and years, Haagen Dazs become a MUST in my birthday and I was so glad that one time my boyfriend brought me a Lai-chee Haagan Dazs birthday cake..

That's all.. do I need to tag somebody else ?

What's a beautiful day!

On the 14th Jan, it was my first Hiking trip in this winter and we were planning to walk from Ma On Shan to Sai Kung for about 3 hours.

We start from 10:30 from Ma On Shan village. The starting route was quite easy at the beginning, but after 45 mins, it came to a long long staircase. After a long “battle”, we were at the mountain ridge which could see the buildings behind and also sea. What’s amazing view !

The hiking rail is part of the MacLeon Trail which is a 100 kilemetro long country parks hiking trail. Every year, there will be a Trail Walker charity event and the participants are required to walk through the whole trail non-stop for 2 days. I just wonder if we could break it down and walk through it in 2 years?

Do you have a toxic manager ?

Have read through a news about the TOXIC BOSS, very insightful.. here is the checklist of how you can spot if you have one ..

• Is inconsistent and unpredictable so you can never be sure what they will say or do.
• Has a low tolerance of provocation and be known for their moodiness.
• Appears self-indulgent and often deeply selfish.
• Displays a total lack of long-term planning for future eventualities for themselves, their staff or their product.
• Frequently appears restless, seeming to become bored easily and unable to pay attention.
• Has learning problems reflected in the fact they may have few educational qualifications.
• Shows poor emotional control causing them to shout, weep, sulk and gush with little embarrassment or control.
• Places little value on skills and despise attempts by staff to upgrade their skills.

Hi… My name is CHUN CHUN 俊俊 ”

I could like to introduce a new “character” in my blog. His name is Chun Chun and he is my bf's nephew. He is abt 1 yr and 1 mth old and his beloved characters are HelloKitty ( coz his mum is fan of it) and Anpanman. He can now walk with the support and also able to call “mummy”. His favorable toys are Mobile Phone and he fancy new models.

We usually meet him 2-3 times per months and usually we will have dim sum” together. He does not cry very often and sit properly and play around with his own toys .. likes mobile phones, spoons and pens. Just any thing he could grab in his hand could be his playmate… um.. quite a easy to handle baby.

This picture is taken at my bf’s Candy House. He is curious with different type of Candies.. May be he is a bit fussy about which one to pick ???

Being lazZZy......

I Have been stop writing blog for a week.. just being too lazy.

Is that because that I found no specific moment I want to record during last week? I start to realize that photos are very important as it does help to remind you the little happy moment and make your blog more interesting to read. Therefore, I decided to bring my new DC with me most of the time so that I could be a little journalist to record every memorable moment in my life.

Here you go… my new pair of slippers!

Spanish & Spanish Food

Have you ever though about learning of an European lauguage ? My friend has been studying Spanish for about 1.5 years and I am so interested in her study ? I heard that Spanish is easier to learn among those European Lauguages. But I found that it isn't ! My friend told me that a single verb will have different version if it is spoken by different person. Like you say , I say, he say, she say, they say.. Say have to be in different versions. My friend told me that both Spanish and French have female and male verb. German even have neutral... oh.. i understand why my friend gave up of learning German !

Besides the Spanish, we had great spanish food too ! We went to one of my favorite restaurant- Ole .. we have paella, fly shimps, egg potates.. and also a jam of Sangari .. I was a bit drunk after drinking.. :p

Happy New Year !

Oops .. it got to the last day of 2006 . On the New Year Eve, we went up to the Peak. When we reached the tram station, there was a long queue and got to wait for about 45 mins. Up at the peak, it was so windy there and I just worn a long dress and a scarf.. it just like freezing. We went up to the Scenic Platform and took a few snap shots with the Victoria Harbour. Only in Winter time that the sky of Hong Kong is that Clear !

After visitng the peak, we needed to queue for another 30 mins to get off. Then, we went up to the Soho Central for Dinner. The restaurants is called Alfredo and we order a Texas Chicken Fillets, Pumpkin Soup and a Spagetti.. all tasted very nice. and I finally had my last dessert in 2006.. Icecream and Chocolate Pudding in Custard source.. yummy...

At the last five mins, we paid the bill and went up to the street for count-down. There was "double" count-down as 2 groups of people counted differently. Anyway.. it was a lovely time as we welcome the new year !
